We’re proud to share that Maxwell Locke & Ritter had a record-breaking year during the 2025 Amplify Austin Day, the largest day of giving in Central Texas. Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of our team, we were recognized with the Highest Employee Participation Rate in our midsize business category — a huge accomplishment and a testament to our firm’s culture of community giving.
This year, we surpassed our previous participation records, raising an impressive $19,850 through Employee Giving, with an anticipated total of $24,850 once matches and incentives are finalized. In total, our team supported 122 nonprofits doing meaningful work across Central Texas.

Organized by I Live Here I Give Here, Amplify Austin Day is a 24-hour online giving event that encourages Central Texans to support local nonprofits. In 2025, the event raised a staggering $9.7 million across the region for over 750 nonprofits.
Since its launch in 2013, Amplify Austin Day has raised more than $122.4 million for over 1,500 nonprofits. And while the event only lasts 24 hours, the giving doesn’t have to stop there — AmplifyATX.org is available year-round, making it easy to discover and support causes you care about any time of year.
