What does “No success at work is worth failure at home” mean to you?
At ML&R, I know that I can manage my own schedule to meet my client and firm commitments and deadlines while also being present when and where needed outside of work. When my daughters were younger, this was most meaningful when it came to their volleyball games and tournaments. Then came our trips to visit and help parents. It now means being able to take trips to visit our daughters who live outside of Central Texas.
