What does “No success at work is worth failure at home” mean to you?
Before the pandemic, my drive to work could take up to four hours due to traffic. Because ML&R allows us to choose between working remotely, hybrid, or in the office, I’ve been able to work from home and save the extensive commute time. Not only am I more productive working remotely, I’m a happy camper without the long commute.
