Years at ML&R
Years of Professional Experience
What does “No success at work is worth failure at home” mean to you?
Over the 20 years that I have been with ML&R, this has meant different things in different seasons of life. Currently, it means that I am able to maintain my role as partner while still being the one primarily responsible for my disabled son that lives at home. The flexibility that the firm provides means that I can go to his appointments, work from home when caregivers are not available, and be there when he needs me.
