What does “No success at work is worth failure at home” mean to you?
When my family was young, Earl, Mark and Tom built a culture at ML&R that made it possible for me to spend time with my family. As a single parent, that was very important to me. Today, that culture still lives on stronger than ever. Personally, I will do any part of a client engagement if that means a co-worker can have the flexibility to tend to a matter outside of work.
