February 10, 2025 

  • Employers: File Form 941 for Q4 2024 if taxes were fully deposited on time. 
  • Employers: File Form 940 for 2024 if taxes were fully deposited. 
  • Individuals: Report tips of $20 or more received in January to employers using Form 4070. 

February 18, 2025 

  • Businesses: Provide Forms 1099-B, 1099-S, and certain 1099-MISC (Box 8 or 10 payments) to recipients. 
  • Employers: Deposit Social Security, Medicare, and withheld income taxes for January if required. 
  • Individuals: Submit a new Form W-4 to continue a federal withholding exemption if previously claimed in 2024. 

March 17, 2025

October 15, 2025 

  • Individuals: File 2024 Form 1040 if an extension was granted.
